自2023年起担任锐高全球销售高级副总裁，Thomas Ender 在国际照明行业拥有丰富经验。他于2007年加入锐高，2011至2018年间担任多个销售岗位，之后加入奥德堡照明担任全球大客户高级总监，2021年重返锐高，担任产品营销与传播副总裁。

He started at Tridonic in 2007and held various positions in sales between 2011 to 2018. He then moved toZumtobel Lighting as Senior Director Global Key Accounts, before returningto Tridonic in 2021 where he took on the role of Vice President Product Marketing & Communication.

SensorX is our core technology for smart street lighting. It is designed for outdoor use.SensorX combines advanced hardware and powerful software. We are testing it with partners in real environments. The sensor detects pedestrians and vehicles in multiple directions at intersections. Its software lets us set flexible detection zones. This makes installation easier and more efficient than traditional systems. SensorX also connects to city traffic management systems via gateways. This real-time data helps improve traffic control, safety, and energy use.

We started with a small team in Dornbirn. Our first product was a compact magnetic ballast. Innovation and entrepreneurship have driven us since then. We grew from LED drivers to integrated lighting systems. These combine hardware, software, and controls. Key milestones include big projects in China. We also expanded local R&D and production. Looking ahead, we will grow our local team in Greater China. We plan to deepen customer collaboration. We will expand seminars and training as a key service. This helps our customers succeed. At the same time, we keep developing smart, sustainable lighting. Our goal is to support China's green transformation.
